Description
this is a project i finished a while ago. i was trying to get better at making actual objects instead of just sceneries. This is a key that someone dropped on a dock near a lake or ocean. no reference was used to make this, just my own head. Made in bryce.

bryce is not always the best choice of programs, if you want to arrange objects in a scene. i prefer and suggest 3d studio max or cinema 4d.
otherwise the old bryce 5.5 software is still open source and free to use instead of the other 3d programs.
about your composition:
with the water and rocks as components for this scene you got yourself some depth here, which is great and working, but the dock is way to big and dominant. for this scene.
set it even to the level of the rocks, make it longer so youŽll see the water between the rocks and under the dock on one side. maybe add a tree to the scene and focus on the key.
that will do
